Firstly a Happy & Healthy New Year to all.
I am building up a refurbed cylinder head which has over sized valves:- Inlet 41.3mm & Exhaust 35.6mm
I checked clearances when stripping down & they ranged from 0.006" to 0.012" inlet & 0.011" to 0.013" exhaust.
For some reason I've got 0.009" inlet & 0.011' exhaust in my head but not at all sure about this (old age etc)
If anyone knows the definitive clearances it would be greatly appreciated.
Many Thanks

Re: MK2 Lotus Cortina Valve Clearance
I set 005”- 007” inlet and 009”- 011” exhaust in my Elan twin cam, aiming for the top end of the gap size.
