LHD throttle cable

hi Does anyone know the length of the outer cable for a LHD throttle cable? I keep getting asked if I stock them, Please ??

I believe this to be original but it does seem to have an adjuster and a 1+ inch spacer on the pedal end which may or may not be factory?

that's cool thanks, I think the spacer has replaced the small bit of flexi that should be there
