Brooklands Double Twelve Event - 15th & 16th June 2013

Post by sprint-gt »

Due to and oversight the LCR were not asked to participate at the the above Motorsport Festival this year. However I spoke with the organiser today and he says it is not too late for entries.

This is the Premier event held at Brooklands Museum every year and those that attended last year will confirm that it is a great event. For those that attend in their Lotus entry is free for them and one passenger and we will be allocated a stand area. (the normal entry price is £15 per adult and you don't get your car in either).

Time is VERY VERY short and I will need the names, addresses number of passengers and Reg Nos and which day/days you want to attend by close of play on 3rd June so that I can organise the tickets and send them out in time for the event.

Any questions please pm me.

Hello John,

Put me down for Sat & Sun with HXD 353C.

Not 100% sure for the Sunday but would love to be there for both days.

Do you still have my address?

Tickets put in the post today.

Just to remind those coming that there are two free entrance wristbands for adults. Any additional people, including children over 5, will have to be paid for at the gate.

Those coming on the Saturday will have the opportunity to take their car up the 'Test Hill Challenge'. All drivers and passengers intending to participate must attend a briefing at 10.30 in Education Room 4. There will be two sessions, 12.00 to 12.30 and 15.00 to 15.30.

We will be parked alongside the Hangar as last year.
