Sussex family barbie?

Would anyone be interested in an evening family barbie at the 5 Bells Chailey sometime this month?
I spoke to Robin, our host, yesterday & he would be willing to do it for us. We could probably cordon off a section of the car park for L C's & an area in the garden.
He's quite flexible so would only need three or four days notice so we should be able to select an evening during one of this summers (infrequent) settled periods.
We didn't talk prices but if enough are interested I'll take it farther.
If those interested post a reply to give an idea of numbers & mention any family holiday dates they have planned & we'll see if we can get something going.
Maybe we could get a few from neighbouring counties?
