Re: Mk1 & Mk2 Cortinas National day 1st & 2nd August 2020
Hi
I have just seen Important news about the 2020 Cortina Nationals.
From the Mk2 owners club
It is with a heavy heart that the committee, along with committee members from the MkI and 105E clubs, consider it best to cancel this year’s National Weekend at Stratford Upon Avon Race Course on the 1st–2nd August 2020.
With lockdown still in place and no end to social distancing in sight, we believe that it is in our guest’s and member’s best interest that we don’t hold this year’s National. We understand that the National is the highlight of our year and many look forward to it but we will work hard with the MkI and 105E clubs to make sure that the 2021 National Weekend is better than ever, and we can’t wait to see you all and your cars.
We thank you for your understanding and wish you all good health. Please stay safe.
The committee.
