Keith, you should have had your car there in the police parade!

I was there for the 3 days

Did anyone see the little Austin A30 crash out on the Sunday
Very spectacular,
We all clapped with relief when the driver got out seeming unhurt ?

Lucky chap

I went on the Friday,- a bit annoyed that the usual 60 s saloons in the St Mary's Trophy race were replaced by A30s & A35s, no way as entertaining as the LC s, Mini s, Alfa s, BMW s & the big Fords that normally race

I chose Saturday - bad choice - left at 1.30 soaked through.

Will be booking next year for 2 days.

For a Goodwood newbie I was very impressed.

There is some excellent "live streaming" footage on the internet of several of the races (including the Austin A35 incident).......highly recommended viewing.

I thought the same Pete
I found the Austins a bit boring to be honest
Lets hope next years St Mary's Trophy is back to normal

Yep we both got soaked on Saturday but lucky we had seats in grandstand

It was one of the best car related events I think I have been to in UK. I spent most of the day Friday just looking round the classic car park 'over the road'

H....I am looking forward to next year, how about an LCR crowd going /meeting up next year ????

I'm there Saturday meeting friend somewhere.

Left it too late to pre-book the pre '77 car park which is annoying. Fully booked weeks ago.
