My email trail on this goes back to 20th May when I sent this:

We have good interest for a club stand with an indication of 6 cars attending Saturday and 12 on Sunday. Are free tickets available to members as previous years?
I am actually away for the event so a colleague has volunteered to receive and despatch tickets. Could you please keep in touch with:

I've updated it since then requesting more tickets.
As far as i'm aware it's organised by Lotus oc/Lotus forum.

12th August I received this:
Howard - Just stuffing the envelopes and can't find an address!

In haste I misread the sender thinking it was Keith short of an address (so I ignored it) whereas it was from Bibs at the Lotus Forum who sends out the tickets who it would appear had lost the address as to where to send the tickets. 18th (yesterday) having realised the error I've emailed Bibs Keith's address again.

Don't panic yet, there's still time.
