Hi All,
It seems everyone apart from Dave65 who has not yet replied to my earlier post about replying regardless wants to go on Sunday. as you can see from the amount of requests for tickets on the forum some members are going to be dissapointed.
Naturally we have members who do not or are not regulars on the forum who also require tickets. I am letting you know this now as some of you will be let down and will not have passes which means you will have to pay entrance fee. However unless someone wishes to organize things on Sunday and uses a bit of Bluff (as we used to do in these situations) it maybe possible for all who want to attend can get in!
It may mean someone relaying passes and tickets up to the entrance as cars arrive. Unfortunately you are going to have to fend for yourselves on this one as said earlier both Howard and I are away.
What we have done in the past is leave all the passes with the Saturday people and they can ferry tickets to the main gate when members cars arrive as they are usually staying overnight or are there first thing.
Then the passes can be utilised from the already onsite parked vehicle from the Saturday.
At present in total I have 10 Car Passes (as stated) with 16 requests for Car Passes which will require 16 entry tickets plus 7 requests for passenger tickets which Howard has already said will have to pay!
I will revise the list on Thursday PM

Am I right that the car passes you have Andy and valid on either Saturday or Sunday as I'm thinking of going both days if I can?

As you will all be aware there are not enough passes therefore as Dave Brown is going both days he has agreed to have all the passes and tickets. He will be there at 8.30 on Sunday so give him a ring on
07890 467756 when you are 15 minutes away from the entrance and he will be there to give you a pass and ticket on a first come first served basis. Be prepared Some of you will have to pay!
All Passengers as have already been instructed will pay anyway.
You maybe able to talk your way in it will depend on how they are on the gate.

Hello Andy, I'm sorry I should have let you know that I can't make it as I've damaged my Achilles tendon. I'm having to use a crutch and wearing a big boot thingy. Thanks and all the best Wally (walone).

To those going on Sunday, and coming from M25 anticlockwise, do you want to meet up prior to Brands Hatch eg Clackett Lane services, to arrive en masse, as this might help Dave to issue passes for those without passes at the gate, I'm thinking of John Wray, Graham Kent, Colin Glover, Dave Cook, Alan Euling. gates open at 9.00 so 8.30 meet?
