I would like to get back to a more period correct tire for my 66... what are people running and feel free to give an opinion or post a picture.
The car came with 205's which require spacers to fit the fronts and I really don't like the look.

165 s were standard but from what I have seen 175 & 185 are often fitted

If you want period tyres you will be a little limited I suspect.
You can but Dunlop Aquajet and Michelin XAS in 165 x 13.
