Classic Ford Day Santa Pod Sunday 1st June 2014

The next QB is to be issued very soon so i'm only slightly jumping the gun with this (and we do need a quick response).

It is the intention to apply for a club stand at Classic Ford Day, but before booking a stand we need commitment and pre-payment to comply with booking form requirements. So if you wish to attend and be on the club stand we need a payment of £14.00 per adult (1 child under 14 free with each adult) and £5.00 if camping. These prices are much cheaper than the gate money (£21.00 and £10.00). You cannot turn up on the day and ask to be on the club stand you must have a vehicle pass.

Payment please by paypal to my account: howard.law@hotmail.co.uk or cheque payable to H M Law to 210 City Way, Rochester, Kent ME1 2BN. Using either method I need postal addresses to forward on tickets and passes, which on previous experience will run close to the wire for the event.
Booking form needs to be completed so I need applications by Sunday 23rd March. Any queries please phone.

Ok, so i can see a challenge in front of me for this one. I can leave the application for another couple of weeks.

The LCR have never had a stand here so would be good to do something even if it's a one car stand, ie me.

Good news - booking form does not have to be sent off yet, so places still available.

Bad news - the online booking form states a minimum of 5 cars required for a stand (differs to printed version).

Summary - i need 3 more cars. Any takers?

Yes I need people to commit and pay in advance. I'll refund monies if there are not enough for a 5 car stand which is the minimum.

I will be there in my 4 dr mk1 , I can join in with the club stand

if that helps numbers.

I need to know asap though or else I will need to book with 'Turbosport' for

the discounted tickets.
