The weather here in Kent today has been rubbish, hope you have been able to make the most of so dry spells.

Sorry i can't join you tomorrow as i've had to bring holiday forward by a day.

Have fun, in "muddy puddles" as Peppa Pig would say. Unless you have a -5 year old around you won't know hwat i'm talking about.

Thanks to everyone who came along to help make this a very special weekend. The final total was 80 cars which was an excellent turn out. However, there was a significant number of people who failed to turn up on either day without a reasonable explanation, some of whom lived only a short drive from the circuit. This is a shame because there were a number of people who we had to turn away as we had no spare tickets. Obviously if we had been notified in advance then these tickets could have been allocated to people on the waiting list. Fair enough the weather on Saturday was poor but it was fine and dry today. In future if anyone expresses an interest in coming to similar events please take the time to come along as planned otherwise it's just a waste of everyone's time. Regards

Big thanks to everyone who helped organise this weekend, I had the best weekend this year! Despite the weather! Finally got to meet a few people, and put faces to names, you should all be proud that you've done a great job. Alan J -Wimborne

excellent weekend a credit to those who oranised it; the 175 mile journey started wet with tyre blow outs and windscreen wipers flying off but it was worth every mile; met some great people and a big thanks to those who voted for our car to be best mk2 runner up; easily best venue all year regards Chris

Just want to add my thanks to everyone who made this weekend happen - not going to single anyone out, you know who you are!

Am working on the photos but with over 2000 shots taken over the two days it'll be a while before I've got though them all - looks like I've got some great shots from todays LC race though ;)

What a really great weekend and event and even the appalling weather on Saturday couldn't put a dampener on it. So many people deserve thanks for making the event such a success but Andy M and his family must take first prize with great support from so many others.
Thanks Andy and I think your vision for a very memorable 50th anniversary was achieved and probably exceeded for myself and for many others I suspect.

What I saw of it was just brilliant - congrats to all who spent time & effort to pull it off - I just picked the wrong day & that 24 hours of almost continuous deluge, plus no sleep, finished me off by Sunday morning.

All that damage to those race cars was hard to take though..... especially Geoff Letts' one.
