I have arranged a club stand for up to 10 cars, there is no entry charge for exhibitors.

Hi all, I will have 7 passes for Sunday, they are being sent to me direct, which means that I will have to hand them out on the day, we need to be there between 8.00 & 9.30. We have a club stand by the entrance. Can we all meet at a location close to the event so I can hand out the passes ? As most of you are from around that area I will leave it to you to come up with a location and time.

What about meeting at 8:30 in the McDonalds car park on the junction of the A24 / A272 - and then we catch Graham up on the A27 somewhere? Graham - know of any places?

No - its just past Southwater on the A24. Its where the A272 crosses the A24. Dave + Kate etc should be able to come stright down the A272 from East Sussex.

If you are heading south on the A24 you will see the McDonalds over on the right at the junction of the A272. You have to turn right at the traffic lights to get into the McDonalds. The post code for your Sat Nav is:
