We have the camping area closest to the stand which is free as we did last year but I do not believe it will be solely for us although we will be the majority in any case!

Thanks Andy. Due to the numbers attending Paul Golding has mentioned that he might be able to allocate the area that you mentioned solely for us. This will be a bonus but whether this will be possible or not I'm not sure as I have another 4 to add to the list and I have still got people contacting me to say they want to attend! At this rate I would anticipate that we will have well in excess of 80 cars and most people want to camp. Paul has already said that camping for our members will be free so I guess it won't be too much hassle if some have to go on the general camp site. Alternatively I recall from last year that there was some additional space beyond the SELOC camping area.

Yes no problem.

Can you add the newcomers to the list as soon as you can as it would be a good idea for us to see who will be expected.
Also it may encourage even more to attend if they see the numbers swelling!!

We also should remind the membership of the proposed cut off date to allow tickets to be sent out to them in time. Not being facecious I know that someone will try to contact you or me for tickets on the Saturday Morning of the event!
We must also make sure you have their current addresses. I know L2 Man has recently moved so he will need to give you his New address for one! There may also be new members that are not aware of the procedure like Bob who has posted above.

Have you had anyone mention about the Saturday night?

Since the National Day has been announced we have had a couple of enquiries re inspections and valuations, and can they be carried out at the National Day, the answer is unfortunately no, the weekend will be very hectic for committee members plus its our National Day too and we would like to enjoy the weekend as much as the rest of you.

Although as I was given access to all forums etc I a summed all was ok.
