Barnet "Cars in the Park"

Your club and it's members are warmly invited to have a great day out and be part of The 3rd Annual 'Cars in the Park' Classic & Custom Car Show, on Sunday 8th July 2012, held in conjunction with the 18th East Barnet Festival.

This is a great opportunity to promote your club, recruit new members, show off your vehicles and enjoy the huge community festival, including a big fun fair and live bands to 9pm. We have plenty of space for club displays. All vehicles attending the show will be eligible for one of the Show & Shine Awards which will be judged by participants and public voting. The presentation of awards will begin around 4pm.

Prepayment is not required, vehicles should arrive on the day and will be charged £5 to enter. All occupants enter free of charge! All proceeds go to charity, this is a non-profit making event. Gates open at 9am and we would like vehicles on-site by 11:30am.

Oak Hill Park is about 10 minutes from: M25 J23/J24, A1, A1000, A406, A10, in North London.

We have attached one of the adverts we are currently running. It gives loads of information about the event and is ideal to show/send to your members. Please could you add our Cars in the Park to your 'events calendar' and also mention it in your newsletters, perhaps. Any other publicity you can provide would be most welcomed, thank you.

Please let us know, ASAP, if your club is attending and approximately how many vehicles you expect to bring so we can reserve a large enough area for you.
