Ley Hill Classics on the Common 14th August (chilterns)

Post by mexico tim »

A date for your diary, now in its 4th year this relaxed Sunday afternoon event has been attracting upwards of 100 classic vehicles (cars, bikes and tractors). Enjoy a cream tea in the sunshine and stroll around talking to the owners. Our event allows historic vehicle owners to arrive and leave when they please and there’s always room to relax in a deckchair by your vehicle.

The cricket club bar is open all afternoon and a BBQ provides for a lunch whilst you wander. Our locally owned miniature steam traction engine gives rides to the kids. We would love to see you on the afternoon whether you have a classic vehicle or not.

Ley Hill village is on the Bucks/Herts border between Chesham and Bovingdon.

The free to attend Ley Hill Classics on the Common will take place on Sunday, August 14 from 12pm to 4pm with all donations made going towards the village's Queen Diamond Jubilee event on June 4 next year
