the AGM (Annual General Meeting) is the time voting in committee members and for discussion on direction of the club.
This is open to any financial members who may want to discuss
changes, a different direction made to the club whether small or
big, or any matters really related to the club to be tabled for discussion
and then voted on
im not sure on how many members can actually make the AGM
there maybe be some members would like something discussed but are just
too far away to attend. But you still should be able to have a say as its 'your' club.
As of recent times in a variety of threads on this forum, subjects have
been bought up and had many members support for a change or two
it may be time for these to be discussed in more detail for the future
direction of the club
