No details under that number, have you tried the DVLA site to see if it is currently taxed or SORN.

are you sure it's not 1366 MK ? i have a pic of that car with a tow bar fitted at a national day around 1990.will scan it later.
found the picture quicker than i thought

could this be the car?

1366 MK is on the register, last heard of in Nottinghamshire.
