National Day Sunday 26th July 2009 - Gaydon , Warwickshire

Hi All,
National Day/Weekend 2009 is at Gaydon National Heritage Museum in Warwickshire.
The event will be on the Sunday 26th July but camping and set up will be available on the Saturday 25th.
Full details in the latest QB out soon.

Few more details as per Spring 09 QB:

Cars can only be displayed if you have registered and prebooked. You should have got a booking form in the last QB. If you need a form contact Rick.

Cost - £5 , includes entry into Gaydon National Motor Museum.

If you turn up on the day without pre-booking cost is £12 and you have to park in the public car park.

The day will be part of the Old Ford Rally , so there will be plenty of other cars on display , more info about the show are here:

I've filled-in the forms and pre-booked but have heard nothing back yet, do they issue the tickets nearer the time?

Info is coming, Rick is on top of the situation and has spoken to the organising committee over the weekend.
Be mindfull you must pre book as Steve has said we cannot stress this enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive booked in Saturday night at the Days Inn Warwick South Hotel.
2 miles from the event. Only £45.00 for a double or twin room inc breakfast. They still had a few rooms left this morning ??
