Magazine Article on Formula Fords

I know this is not a specific Lotus Cortina item, but I wonder if any of the members or readers of this forum recall a rather extensive article in one of the British Magazines (Classic & Sports Cars, Thoroughbred &Classic Cars, etc) on the development of the Formula Ford. I believe it was published in the last year. I am trying to find that back issue for a friend who races a Lotus 51 FF in Vintage racing here in Canada.
