Mk 1 Lotus Cortina

Post by BA74FY59196 »

I am in the process of restoring Lotus Cortina BA74FY59196 in the States. Does anyone have a source for parts including: turn signal switch, wiper switch, front and rear interior door panels? Any and all help appreciated.
Thanks.

Sorry for the late response. I live in Irvine, California. Here is a list of the other parts I need for a 1966 Cortina: Front bumper brackets
Headlight switch
Turn Signal Switch/Stock
All parts related to bonnet latch
Thanks.

Hi jd, I’m in Pasadena and slowly getting mine back in the rotation, a long way to go. I have gotten quite a few new parts and may have a few items you can use. I’m out of town until next week but feel free to call me and maybe if you’re going to be near Pasadena stop by. Steve. 818/517/2232

Hi jd,

Most of these parts can be found via the Mk1 Cortina club. Membership is required to order parts. Regarding bumper irons are you planning on a full width front bumper or 1/4 bumpers? Different mounting hardware is required for each.

For interior trim Aldridge is your one stop shop.

Team Deville has several LC parts available.

Here in the states R.D. Enterprises has a few bits and bobs for the Cortina.

I am located just up the road from you in Anaheim. While my 66 LC is not quite a runner it nearly is. Sorry I have no spares to help with your project.

Best regards,

John

Thanks for your response. I have checked out a couple of the websites you recommended and I believe they will be very helpful.
