NAR363D was used in all sorts of motorsport in the 1960s and was bought new and driven by Brian Harvey who was involved in the music industry at the time being the manager of the weekly paper ‘The Record Mirror’ and was associated and had connections with Brian Epstein (of the Beatles fame). He later became involved with the Motoring magazine ‘Cars and Car Conversions’. 363D came 2nd in the British Drag Racing Championships!

Many of you will know that I have been the keeper of NAR362D since 1981, and the whereabouts of NAR364D is known to the club (or it was until Andy Tippet sold it a few years ago)!

I have some pictures and history on NAR363D and am looking to put an article on these three cars for a future QB. Any info on any of these three cars would be very helpful so if you have anything, PLEASE PM ME - thanks in anticipation,
Graham(139)

Hi Graham, Have you seen the bit on Facebook about NAR 363D in the background of a photo someone posted showing an old dragster?

Yes Ray - Steve Booker forwarded the picture to me a couple of days ago which has prompted me to put something together on the three NAR cars for the QB. Thanks anyway
