This years National Rally will take place over the weekend of Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th August 2017 at Stratford-on-Avon Racecourse, Luddington Road, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire.
We will be guests of the Mk1 Cortina Owners Club and will be partnering a display alongside the MkII Cortina Owners Club.

Please note the main National day is the Sunday.

Entry cost likely to be free for both Mk1 and Mk2 cars, regardless of number of occupants.
Camping cost is £10.00 per pitch for whole weekend, which can be from the Friday at 2pm.

The Mk1 club will have Tony Mason as a special guest and the will be a road run to Coventry Transport museum on the Saturday moring. Pop quiz and barbeque for the Saturday evening.

This is a well established very popular event which traditionally has attracted good autojumble and trade stands.

2017 is the 50th anniversary of the launch of the Mk2 Cortina Lotus so we hope for a good turnout for a special celebration.

Stratford Racecourse is situated off the B439 Evesham Road out of Straftord-on-Avon. For satellite navigation the postcode is CV37 9SE.
By road - the racecourse is approx. 15 mins from Junction 15 of the M40 and 40 mins from Junction 7 of the M5. When you enter Stratford-on-Avon simply follow brown signs for racecourse and/or brown signs with a racehorse symbol on.

Any changes to the above will follow but please at least get it in your diary.

Just to add to Howards post, entry costs for all Mk1 Cortina's is free, Entry cost for all other invited Cars is £5, to make things even for both Mk1 and Mk2 owners the LCR will reimburse all paid up members who attend in a Mk2 Lotus Cortina their £5 entry fee.

Just bringing this to the top as it has not had any additions for sometime.

This is your National Day and only once a year so please make the effort to attend.
This year there is the added bonus of it being the 50th anniversary of the Mk2 1967 so it would be nice to see as many of our cars as possible!

It will help if we have an idea of numbers as we are a guest of the Mk2 owners club this year and it will help them plan the field out in advance if they have an idea of numbers.
