From the last QB you will all be aware that National Day 2015 will be on 19th July at Gaydon with the Old Ford Rally. The 1600E club are also holding their National their on the same day, plus we have Graham Robson as our Special Guest.

It would be good to have an idea of numbers attending so please add here.

Anyone needing help with forms (need to pre-book direct with Gaydon) then contact me.

Just sent off my form to Gaydon, so count me and NAR362D in please.

I'm in the Premier Inn Warwick on the Saturday night. Let me know which pub is favourite and I should be able to meet you there.

I've attached a copy of the Vehicle Entry form that needs to be completed by attendee's.

Just to reinforce what Rob has posted.

Only vehicles with pre-booked passes will be allowed into the display area. If you turn up on the day you will pay more and you will be in the general area NOT the LCR display area.

I've just re-read their website and the form which Steve did the link to.

Apologies for not making it clearer to start with but as the passes are posted out circa 5th July I would say you have a week left to pre-book.

Just had this from Gaydon reference booking:


We can accept entries up to July 1st. - ensure that members send forms to Gaydon. I will check entries at that point - this will give us a guide regarding stand space allocation.
Anyone arriving on the day will NOT be turned away but they will incur the gate charge which is more than if booking in advance. However , we will always try to get them onto the stand space if at all possible. We try to run a user friendly show.
Book early is the answer.
