MK1 Cortina O.C. national show - CANCELLED!!!!!!

Hello to you all,
Just to let you know if you were thinking of attending the MK1 Cortina owners club national rally next weekend (July 28th & 29th) the show has had to be abandoned due to Stratford racecourse and all of the buildings quite literally now being under several feet of water!!!javascript:emoticon(':shock:')

If you've attended before, the water stretches from the entrance as far as you can see, as as the entrance is one of the highest points of the racecourse you'll be able to imagine it's a scene of devastation at the moment, and there is not a road available in or out of Stratford itself.
The show will of course be reorganised for another date, but it is looking likely it will not be until some time in September. Please pass on the news as we don't want people travelling to find it is not on.
