Hi All,

I have been trying to contact Duke Video with the idea of filming the National Weekend and especially the Cortina Races after I had a conversation with member John Davis.

I have emailed their address a few times but have never received a reply.
Has anyone been in contact with them and have a current address or number etc.

Better still is anyone best friends with Quentin Tarrentino, Steven Spielberg, Guy Ritchie or knows anyone that has held a decent camera and could do a good job of capturing the events of the weekend for posterity.

A stills photographer will also be needed so any budding David Baileys amongst you or again if you know of anyone semi or professional that wants to do it for love I need to talk to them!
(I have spoken to longtime Member Martin Russell but he is not available)

If you can help or know of anyone please get in touch so we can get something organised pronto.

I'll be getting as many pics as I can over the weekend which you'll be very welcome to use, you'll have to let me know if there is anything in particular you'll be wanting.

Not LCs (ovbviously!), but a couple of shots I've taken this week........

Hi Graham,

If you can get pictures like that on moving creatures then I think you have got the job!
Have you anything you can show us regards Cars?

If you're still looking for a DVD production, can I suggest Bruce Cox who produces motoring videos and has a personal interest in LCs. I bumped into him at a hill climb last weekend and mentioned this thread and he expressed an interst in getting involved. Below is his linkedIn Profile:

Bruce Cox's Overview

Current
Creating and developing projects in TV production and digital publishing at Cox Media Projects

Past
Contracted Producer & Production Consultant at Duke Marketing Ltd
Former Owner, Director. Now Business Advisor & Honorary Company Officer at BRG Multimedia Ltd.
Director & 50% Shareholder at Synchro Sports Television Ltd.

Still enjoying the media business after a lifetime of involvement but now concentrating solely upon self-created projects of personal interest.

Currently advising Duke Video and BRG Multimedia upon the updating and revisions of the "Best of British' TV series that I made (via Duke) for Discovery Channel back in the 1990s. The new series will consist of 13 programmes (for one-hour commercial TV slots) on all of the major British car makers. It will be titled BRITISH MOTORING LEGENDS and is scheduled for worldwide TV syndication from 2013.

Also consulting with BRG, Amazon/Kindle and leading motorcycle journalist, Alan Cathcart, upon the digital conversion of his track tests and histories of rare racing motorcycles into short e-books format. This series of e-books is part of a BRG publishing project (also including a number of DVD releases) known as THE MOTORCYCLE FILES. The first phase of this project will see 25 of the short illustrated e-books released by Amazon for Summer 2013 and 25 more by year's end.
