As insiders, do 'GT-man' or '83 man' know anything about this event in terms of the possibility of a club stand?
The Double Twelve in June was so good it would be nice to do it again.

You will need to contact Phil Ward at

Brooklands Autumn Motorsport Day
Sunday, October 14, 2012
A repeat of last year’s successful inaugural event, visitors to Autumn Motorsport Day will have a double helping of action. Competition cars from all ages will be put through their paces on the adjacent Mercedes-Benz World circuit and later in the day Test Hill will be in action. Expect to see a wide variety of competition cars including Formula 1, F5000, GTs and touring cars and Group B rally cars. As ever, spectators will have the rare opportunity to see and hear competition cars at close quarters. All competition and classic cars welcome through the Campbell Gate off Brooklands Road with public parking in The Heights off Wellington Way.
If you have an interesting competition car and would like to take part in the activities, please apply to Phil Ward - details below.

Thank's 83man. Seems it's first come first served for classic car parking so I've emailed for the earliest admission time & cost for grumpy old men.
Should be a good day, anyone else up for it?
