Received this from Brooklands, we are offered a club stand, with a minimum of 4 cars on each day.
Is anyone interested in running this?
Its the same weekend as Cholmondeley, but there has been a Disappointing lack of interest in this, so maybe Brooklands might suit some members better.

I'm one of the organisers for this event so I'd be delighted if LCR were to take a stand.
I know that there is at least one LC entered into the D12 competition as well.
On Saturday, there is a sprint for pre-war cars on the adjacent Mercedes Benz handling circuit as well - no extra charge to watch this - plus MB world is worth a visit anyway.
If you haven't been to Brooklands, you should go - it is a fascinating place with lots of aircraft history as well as the more well-known (in motoring circles at least) motor racing history.

The Double Twelve organisers are looking for more entries for the Double 12 Concours and Driving Tests. There's already a Mk1 LC entered so why not a Mk2 and some more.
It's a very mild competition, you don't need any sort of competition licence, helmet or overalls, and there is a perfect class for our cars:
Class D ‘The Grand Tour’ Post-war (touring cars from 1945 – 1975)
There's also a ladies class if you are a lady or know of a lady that likes to drive.
Your car doesn't have to be concours and you don't have to be a stunt car driver. It's just for fun.
You can find regulations and an entry form here:
http://www.vscc.co.uk/uploaded/resultPD ... s_2012.pdf
Oh, and if know of anyone with a 2CV or a Beetle they each have a dedicated class this year so tell them to enter as well.

I always made a point of not knowing anyone with a 2CV or a Beetle.
Or an MGB.
