Hi All,

The Lions Club of Chippenham are hosting a Vintage Vehicles Show near Castle Combe race track in Wiltshire on 28 August 2011 to raise money for Lions Charity work.

It's intended as a fun day out - Vintage Vehicle drivers and their vehicles have free entrance if registered in advance - other visitors £2.50 and children under 10 free. There will be plenty of parking and easy access to the site - Allington Farm, Chippenham, Wiltshire.

There will be good food - the famous Allington Farm sausages and burgers - as well as others, and drink and ice creams. We have ordered good weather specially!

There will be many different car marques to see and plenty of opportunity to show and perhaps judge your own vehicles. There's a parade ring as well as auto jumble and other stalls.

More details and Applications nearer the day. We look forward to welcoming you at the first Chippenham Vintage Vehicles Show on 28 August 2011.

The Lions Club of Chippenham have not heard from you regarding our Cherished Vehicles Show near Castle Combe race track in Wiltshire on 28 August 2011 to raise money for Lions Charity work.

If you or others wish to enter, I would appreciate some information as early as possible. Although the closing date is 31 July, there is a mountain of administrative work, so the earlier I can start the better.

Invitation to Register

Please list information for registration, one vehicle per line. We need Club (if applicable), owner or driver’s title, name and surname, vehicle make, model, year and registration number.

In other words, follow this example:

Old Car Club, Mr John Sample, Morris Minor Series III, 1948, ABC123
Old Car Club, Mrs Mary Sample, Austin A35, 1958, DEF456

Send the list to cvehicleshow@chippenhamlions.org.uk

Passes will be issued in the order received. To keep your organisation’s entries together, send them in one list.

Passes will be sent electronically to the sender's e-mail address for you to print and distribute, in due course.

We look forward to your registration information and to welcoming you to Allington Farm on 28 August.
