Hi All,
National Day/Weekend 2009 is at Gaydon National Heritage Museum in Warwickshire.
The event will be on the Sunday 26th July but camping and set up will be available on the Saturday 25th.

Few more details as per Spring 09 QB:

Cars can only be displayed if you have registered and prebooked. You should have got a booking form in the last QB. If you need a form contact Rick.

Cost - £5 , includes entry into Gaydon National Motor Museum.

If you turn up on the day without pre-booking cost is £12 and you have to park in the public car park.

The day will be part of the Old Ford Rally , so there will be plenty of other cars on display , more info about the show are here:

I've filled-in the forms and pre-booked but have heard nothing back yet, do they issue the tickets nearer the time?

Info is coming, Rick is on top of the situation and has spoken to the organising committee over the weekend.
Be mindfull you must pre book as Steve has said we cannot stress this enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive booked in Saturday night at the Days Inn Warwick South Hotel.
2 miles from the event. Only £45.00 for a double or twin room inc breakfast. They still had a few rooms left this morning ??

The entry passes will be sent out around 3-4 weeks prior to the event.

There are still rooms available at Days Inn Warwick South so i'll take a view on booking in a few days.

Only 8 weeks away, time flies by now the good weather is here.

Anyone meeting up for a few beers on the Saturday night ???

There is a large table booked at the Gaydon Inn on Sat 25th July, the format follows previous National Days, where we eat, drink and be merry, all are welcome please let me know as I need to confirm numbers, below is the menu.
