I'll have them Pete as I have a load of photocopied ones in my collection & could replace them with yours.

Just a suggestion.....why don't you re-print some of the many articles from earlier issues.
Many readers will not have seen them before and those of us who have will surely not mind re-reading them.
On the present theme, why not an article on previous National Days?
Well thank you for those kind words Michael - knowing you're reading it avidly, I will certainly have to make good use of the spell checker & thesaurusMichael Winstock wrote: ↑Sat 3rd Nov 2018 11:26 am Keith....could it be that great minds think alike?
Your first issue of QB as editor will be the 140th since Phil Baskerville edited the first LCR Magazine in 1981 (it did not become "Quarter Bumper" until issue no.6 in January 1982)
You are joining a long line of illustrious editors and I wish you well.
Maybe a Club Lotus event?L2Man wrote: ↑Sun 4th Nov 2018 6:25 pm Was there another club prior to the LCR?
I remember my brother and I each in a lotus cortina
Attend a club meeting in Bromley around 1978-79 maybe.
It was an interesting evening with a concourse delegance
With some arriving on a trailer or two especially but it included some Castrol period movies from the 60’s.
Afterwards we decided to see who could get home first down the A21.
He won in his black mk2 as I stopped to top up my GTX at Sidcup, (car cost £275 2 years earlier!).
Happy days
