I will establish time to be there but assume early if Santa Pod is anything to go by, or is access better?
By my reckonong we have 12 cars (excluding Steve155C as a daily non Ford does not count) plus 24 passengers.

I would think that we would have to LEAVE South Mimms by 7 at the latest so a 6.30 meet?

Gates open at 07 30 and all cars MUST be on stand by 10 00.
I'm trying to work something out for Marcel as his Harwich ferry time means he won't get there until 11 00.

So we are meeting at South Mimms 6-30 ish to be away for 7-00 am.

its not set in stone, but its been on here for over a week and nothing else has been suggested, 7 would be the latest to leave if everyone is ready then as early as poss.

Thanks to all that attended, the day went pretty well in my book. Mind you i was there at 06.20 and and then spent 3.5hours driving 160 miles home.
Oh, and the LCR won "Best Visiting Club Stand". This, i think, was down to the quality of cars and the new gazebo.
I could not stay for presentation so Will Peyton volunteered (was nominated) to collect the trophy.

Thanks for all your hard work Howard, the award was well deserved for you, as for pictures I think we should publish in the QB first.
