Hi All,

We have had a lot of enquiries over the last few days with regards to entry tickets even though we put a deadline as 31st July.
Being honest with you the allocation only arrived on Thursday and we were sweating over their arrival!

The shame is we have also had new members join as a matter of course who also have cars and have expressed a wish to take them.
Unfortunately I am sorry to say that at present we have not been able to allocate any new tickets because you lovely people have surpassed our expectations and cleared us out!

However this does not mean that the new members or anyone wanting tickets cannot go to the National Weekend and be a part of the celebrations it just means that there will be an admission charge at the gate to get into the circuit and for camping as normal.

I would also urge you that if you are now unable to go as originally intended to return your free tickets to either myself or Simon so we can re-allocate them to your fellow members.

I will publish admission prices in my next post.

Weekend Admission Adult Online £28
Saturday Admission Adult Online £18

Children Under 13 Free

Senior Citizen Gate £15 each day


This from the event website today:-

Advance ticket holders will need to bring their original tickets to the circuit - copies and receipts are not accepted. All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office. If you have advance tickets, please have them separated before arriving at the gate.



Of course your tickets have been sent via Simon so they should arrive either today tomorrow or Wednesday.

I am on there mail list so do not know no mebership fee so if anyone needs tickets give it a go and post on here if Ok
I should have free tickets booked in with the club so have not used it.

The VIP Parking ticket says no access on the sunday 10-5 does this mean I have to arrive before 10?

Not sure about that Brendan and might need to check it out. Could be a printing error at Brands? To be honest I didn't look too closely at the parking passes. All I knew was that everyone needed one to gain access to the display area What does everyone else's say?

I have queried this with the organiser as it seems not all of the passes include the restricted entry times

So are we restricted to these times if its on our "VIP" parking card? This could be a problem for me as I may have to work Saturday , but am trying to get to the show later on Saturday afternoon. Does that mean I can only turn up after 17:00 on Saturday if I miss the 09:00 arrival time?

We will wait and see what Paul Golding comes back with Steve. This does seem a bit odd as I don't recall any kind of restriction being in place last year. If entry times are restricted then anyone getting caught in traffic or suffering a mechanical issue is going to have a problem getting in.
