Hi All,

Just a reminder this Sunday is your National Day!

You don't have to bring along a car, just yourselves would be good which shows support for the club and the event!
Come along and have a day out, the museum is excellent and caters for everyone! Why not just come and have a chin wag or catch up with friends both old and new!

The museum is excellent but when I was there last year, I enquired as to why there was no display or even mention of Coventry Climax.
I did not get a satisfactory answer but given the firm's obvious connection with Coventry and its association with Lotus Cars for many years, I remain surprised.
Otherwise, an excellent venue.
I am sorry I shan't be there, but I hope you all have an enjoyable day.

When I was a student in Coventry there was a pub in the precinct called The Climax and it had an engine in a glass case in the entrance way,- doubt if it is there now?
