Tickets arrived yesterday but does not state that we are on the LCR stand, just "Display". Hopefully they will direct us to the LCR area.

I'm intending to be there late Saturday afternoon so will have confirmation as to where we are. Gaydon have been very helpful so if I can find out where we are earlier all well and good I will let you all know.
I'll keep you posted.

Our stand will be on the grass area in front of the museum.
Can I assume some help from those of you arriving early to stand near the entrance and divert anything resembling a mk1 mk2 Lotus Cortina in the direction of our stand please?
Polishing your pride and joy can wait.

For those of you that weren't there you missed a good day.
Weather turned out fine, good turn out of 23 cars. Graham Robson was an excellent special guest and the whole event was really good.
I've put some pictures on facebook and will upload here when I get a chance. All will be in next QB.
Many thanks for all who attended and hope Anton got home ok as he awaited the AA as we all left.

Howard - Thank you so much for organising such a great day out for us all and well done and congratulations to all the trophy winners this year. Everything seemed to run so smoothly: even the weather forecast was wrong - I had an umbrella that I didn't need and left my high protection suntan lotion at home - Isn't the UK just such a wonderful place to live??
Looking forward now to the Lotus Festival at Brands Hatch in August. I will make sure that I take my umbrella AND sun protection lotion with me! Joe Tymon, who bought my car (NAR 362 D) from new in January 1966, is planning to meet me at the festival with his son on the Sunday - Joe is now 90! I last met him 32 years ago at the Bromley Pageant of Motoring.
Rock on................
Graham(139)
