I'm the guilty party, QB received here in darkest Kent Saturday. So i quickly exchanged emails with Simon and assumed with him that it would be ok to post on the Forum.

I'm down for Sunday only with 1, 2 or 3 passengers maybe.

I'll do the Saturday but not Sunday as we are at the Ford day in Battlesbridge as I'm reminded.

Sods Law! My holiday starts on 18th. Almost feel like cancelling it!

Minor technical query - if the National is over 2 days how will cars be judged for prizes?

Not that i will be in the running, just curious to see how you will overcome the problem.

The National Day is on the Sunday but the club was invited to attend for the whole weekend so I guess it will be a case that only cars in attendance on Sunday will be eligible for prizes. Andy/Rick - has this issue cropped up before at previous National Days?

There's been a fairly good response so far to the National Day. Unfortunately it has clashed with Battlesbridge so some members won't be able to attend on the Sunday. I have detailed below the latest list of attendees. I originally tried to put a table together with info on Reg No, whether or not drivers will be bringing a passenger and whether drivers will also be attending on the Saturday. Unfortunately I couldn't paste it onto the thread so I have just listed the details as best I can. I have put a question mark beside any info I am not sure about so please let me know if there are any details that need amending, particularly on passenger information as I will need to request the exact number of tickets:

There's still plenty of space available so please keep the applications coming. I am still awaiting clarification from the organiser regarding various issues. He mentioned that it might be necessary for drivers attending on Sunday only to have their vehicles in place by 09.30hrs but final arrangements for the show won't be in place until the end of May. I will keep everyone posted on developments (via the forum and QB) as I receive them.

Thanks Graham. I have sent a reply to your email. I have also received a further expression of interest from Cockney so we're up to a total of 20 cars for the whole weekend, a few less for the National Day itself on the Sunday but there's still plenty of time for other members to express their interest.
