Thanks to all those who attended, locals & long distance, it was a pleasant surprise that so many ventured out in such unsettled conditions.

The weather was up to the usual Summer 2007 standards more like April than August, so attendance was well down on previous years.

Try again next year.

Had a good day, good to see a couple of people walking off with LC related autojumble. Much more fun than ebay!
TD just sent me a photo-message of the (fitted) les leston wheel that 'we' found.

P.S I now know another way to tell if a stranger is a Cortina owner...look at his little finger's and if they have spline marks on you know he has been checking to see if autojumble steering wheels fit!! :roll:

a nice day out, my lc relegated to public car park.
picked up some capri front wings and other cortina parts , enjoyed the free shower that seems be at most car shows i attend, will bring my brolly and wellintons next time.

Hi, good show despite the good old english weather. I think theres another one in the end of september but not ford only? Picked up a few good bits {thanks louis] cheers... ps Spoke to leda about shocks all ok,

That's good new's. That wheel would look great with a Ford Sport or even a Les Leston badge in the middle?!
