Yat was bigger than normal with many cars entered, the number of 3's, 4's and 5's gets bigger. Still some very nice Mk.1's though, parts about normal, everbody wants and nobodies got. Well do something about it then. Was shown a re-pro outer carb housing for the mk2 lotus /escort twin-cam superb! ! No other way of describing it. Top man! Still a lot of used parts floating about, not many realy big bits. One engine, no gear boxes and only one twin cam head at £50, sat there for ages it did, even had the carbs with it. Having said that it had been robbed of its cams. There was even 2 pair of straight steering arms on the next stall to me, still there at the end of the day as well. You should have gone I got fried but boy was it cold over the Saturday night b****y froze I was

I kinda dissagree about the lack of L/C parts though Dale. I bought a new series 1, Mk2 heater control panel, 2 new preaeroflow grilles and a washer tube grommet. If I'd have been sharp out of the traps on sunday morning, I could have bought most of a Mk2 airbox kit and like you I saw the steering arms, the aeroflow dash alloy panels, the pile of T/C camshafts and a stack of Mk1 headlamp bezels. Plus of course, there were new A-frames and radius arms amoungst the gold dust on your stall!!
