Re: Classic Ford Show
Hi All,
Big disappointment this show!
Probably 100cars in total and it seemed nothing was organized! All cars were mixed up in parking an RS Focus could have been parked next to a 100E Prefect only the Corsair Owners Club were organized enough to park together,
Only 2 stalls with actual auto-jumble mainly Mk2 Escort spares. Half a dozen other stalls selling their wares not car related. I've seen more cars attending at a local fete and more going on!
The showground was much to big for this show and could have done with being at a smaller venue until it has built up a following and is more attended and with more auto-jumble and other stalls!
To be honest I could have done it in an hour but was talking to others who were also disappointed so we left after 2 hours and went to Selsey Bill for the rest of the day!
Oh and did I mention £30 admission without a car!!
I shan't be rushing back anytime soon!

Re: Classic Ford Show
Andy
We got there just after 11-30am
Didn't leave till about 4 ish
It seemed very busy later in the day
But resto mod seemed to be the main thing there ?
Some nice cars on display
I think the entry tickets were a lot cheaper on line
£30 is expensive
It was nice to have a couple of beers with pals in the sunshine
