Mk1 registration:DSX 31C

Does anyone know anything about the above vehicle currently for sale on Cassic Car.co.uk?
Chassis number: BA74EB59279. Engine number: LP3676LB/A
Supposedly with matching numbers, I can find nothing on the register or indeed on the Internet
Owned previously by Bill Clealand and restored by Dave Cook In1992

The Reason nothing appears on the register under DSX 31C is that this is its 3rd reg number, previously had PTE 289C and 2 CVD, it is on the register with details from 1990, Chassis and Engine number look to be correct for an airflow A frame car, not seen by the LCR normal checks would apply.
