LCR National Day - Lotus Festival 24th/25th Aug 2013

As far as the main event goes this is the National Day on the Sunday. To be honest, I am not sure now whether the Cortina race is being held on the Saturday or Sunday. The Lotus Festival website suggests that there are two races. I will try to clarify this with the organiser or do you have the details Geoff?

Just to confirm what we have requested previously. It is very important that when notifying your interest in this event that you include the following details:

Address
Registration number
Whether you will be attending for the Saturday, Sunday or both days
Whether or not you intend bringing a passenger

It would also be useful (although not essential) if you could include a contact telephone number or email address

If I don't get all the relevant information, it's going to make it a very difficult task to ensure tickets are issued in the correct numbers and to the correct address. I simply won't have time to follow up every case due to the sheer numbers involved. Thanks for your co-operation.

Hi Pete - I don't hold any information regarding members names, addresses car details etc other than what was supplied to me in the lead up to last year's National Day. I have asked everyone to supply their current address in case anything has changed since last year. I always make sure that any personal data that any one supplies to me remains secure.

I've waited 32 years for this event only to find that it clashes with the Kent bi-annual family villa holiday in Menorca - buggar!!

I'm booked to drive to Spain on the Friday, think i best test the water for a change to the Monday as this weekend is sounding too good to miss.

That's the problem with the forum you do not know who people are when members or guests sign in!
That's why I started the list and asked for pepole to join it with the name they were born with so we can then send the tickets to the correct addresses.

Maybe they are not members, just forum users? This will need to be clarified as we obviously want as many cars in attendance as possible but priority will clearly need to be given to paid up members of the club.
